Easy to use health tracking

So, I decided to check out Humanity after a friend mentioned it. I got the premium subscription, and it was pretty straightforward to set up. I mostly use it for Movement Monitoring and getting my H Score. It integrates with my wearable, which is nice, so I don't have to manually input stuff. It's pretty cool seeing the Longevity Insights without having to dig around too much. The app just works, which is what I wanted.

Consistent data, reliable insights

This is my third year with Humanity, and they're still consistently good. I started using it primarily for the Rate of Aging Analysis, and it's been interesting to see the trends over time. My initial experience was smooth, and it's stayed that way. The Wearable Data Integration has always been reliable, linking up with my device quickly. I appreciate that the Biological Age Dashboard is always clear and easy to understand, just like it was with my first subscription. It's why I keep coming back.

Good value with annual plan

I was looking for a health app and found Humanity. Decided to try the annual subscription after the 7-day free trial since it offered a good discount. The Biological Age Tracking and H Score Monitoring features are what I mostly use. It felt like a solid investment for the price, especially compared to paying monthly.

Love my Humanity app!

Oh my goodness, Humanity is fantastic! I started with the free trial and immediately upgraded to the annual plan for all the premium features. The Personalized Health Actions are so insightful, and the Sleep Quality Analysis has really helped me. I tell everyone about it! I will definitely keep my subscription going, no doubt about it.

Anyone know if Humanity works with Apple Watch? My whole setup is Apple everything and I don't want to get it if I can't sync my data easily.

Yep, it definitely works with Apple Health. All my data flows right in, super smooth.

It's compatible! Pretty sure it links up directly to Apple Health so anything your watch tracks should go over to Humanity.

Thinking about getting Humanity, but how accurate is their 'biological age' stuff? Is it just guessing or is there real science behind it?

S Sophie 2 months ago
Yeah, I had the same question. From what I looked up, they actually use a bunch of data points from your wearables and lifestyle, not just some random algorithm. There's some peer-reviewed science they reference on their site too.

It's pretty data-driven. They pull from your sleep, activity, heart rate variability, etc. so it's not like they're just pulling a number out of thin air. You can see how they calculate it in their help section.
